Mardelas

Mardelas is a Japanese heavy metal / power metal band formed in Tokyo in 2014. The group is known for blending powerful riffs, melodic sensibilities, and strong vocals delivered by lead vocalist Marina Hebiishi. With a sound that bridges classic heavy metal and modern hard rock, Mardelas stands out as a dynamic female-fronted act in Japan’s metal scene.

Over the years they have released multiple studio albums, EPs, live recordings, and singles. Their music often features strong hooks, dramatic arrangements, and emotional intensity—appealing to fans of both traditional metal and contemporary rock. In 2023 they released the single “Snake to the Fire”, notable for being the first with lyrics entirely in English.
