LYRICS:
I did my best to make this borderline tolerable
A life that was right from the start set apart,
put aside, left behind by them all
Through rejection, isolation, desertion, back to affection
What a tease to show me all the things I can't have

Trust, caring, faith,
Outcast, useless, faint

Through endless space I've come so far
In the weak light of stars that fade away
Facing the cold dead void I start to see
There was never a soul to float with me

I tried so hard to imitate the flow of a normal life
Get a job, be a man, have a kid, make it two,
do your best, fight back all the time
Fucked up in the head I thought I would take care of everything,
but I'm beginning to figure out this black, sickening
pit I've been sinking in all my life

How did it come this far?
Life ruined to hide the scar
