The new PARHELYON single LUMINUS, featuring END OF GREEN singer Michelle Darkness, explores the light and dark sides of human nature and the temptations they offer. It also explores the internal conflict that everyone must face in their life. Decisions must be made! What will you choose in your life? Which trait do you empower? Darkness or light? Or is balance the most important thing in life? Integrating darkness into light?
PARHELYON is characterized by passion and soul, joy, deep happiness and yet a penchant for perfection in balance with authenticity and a special surrender. After a difficult phase of life, always comes light! PARHELYON consists of the congenial duo of singer Tanja Hansen and multi-instrumentalist and producer Michael Vetter, who's musical footprint includes the bands BLACK & DAMNED, PUMP and CHINCHILLA, surrounded and supported by renowned and experienced musicians. The fantastic rhythm section consists of Frank Herold known from his work with SAIDIAN, KRAYENZEIT and MYSTOPERA and Bernd Heining (SKULL & CROSSBONES, DORNENKÖNIG, MYSTOPERA). On top you can hear the opulent synths and creative keyboard sounds by Steve Dittrich and Daniel Galmarini. The vocals were done in close collaboration with Roland “Bobbes” Seidel (BLACK & DAMNED, IHRESGLEICHEN) and recorded in his studio. Stefan Leibing (ex-PRIMAL FEAR) mixed and mastered FROM DARK TO LIGHT and gave the album the big sound it deserves.
The PARHELYON debut album FROM DARK TO LIGHT will be out on Friday October 24th.
