The Vintage Caravan formed in 2006 in Álftanes, Iceland, by childhood friends Óskar Logi Ágústsson (guitar/vocals) and Guðjón Reynisson (drums), with Alexander Örn Númason (bass) joining in 2012 . Their music draws inspiration from 60s–70s classic hard rock and psychedelic grooves, infused with modern intensity and complex prog-rock elements
