P.O.D. (Payable on Death) is one of the most influential bands to emerge from the late-’90s and early-2000s nu-metal movement. Blending heavy alternative metal with rap-infused vocals, massive hooks, and deeply positive, spiritually charged messages, they carved out a unique identity in a scene dominated by darkness and anger.
