Necropia have forged their identity in the crucible of the New York heavy metal scene. Blending the ferocity of modern deathcore with the precision and depth of progressive metal, the band’s sound is equal parts calculated and chaotic — a relentless convergence of technical mastery and raw emotion.
Known for their uncompromising live presence and meticulous songwriting, Necropia channel themes of decay, depression, and spiritual erosion through intricate arrangements and punishing rhythm. Their music exists at the threshold between control and collapse — where aggression meets atmosphere and concept meets brutality.
With their forthcoming full-length, Our Kingdom Befouled, Necropia reveal their most expansive statement to date. Its first single, Unhallowed Dominion (out November 7), captures the band’s evolution toward something darker, heavier, and more deliberate — a sound that embodies both their technical roots and their unyielding creative intent.
