King 810 (pronounced King eight-one-oh) is an American band hailing from Flint, Michigan, formed in 2007. Their sound is rooted in nu metal, but they boldly push the genre’s boundaries, seamlessly blending elements of metalcore, rap metal, hard rock, experimental hip-hop, electronica, and even dark jazz. Known for their visceral, street-tough lyrical themes inspired by life in Flint, alongside theatrical and confrontational stage performances, King 810 stands as one of the most original and intense voices in modern heavy music.
