Formed in 1998, Dead Meadow blends the heavy riffs of classic hard rock with the hazy atmosphere of '60s psychedelia and the slow burn of stoner rock. Their music is a swirling journey through fuzzy guitar tones, hypnotic rhythms, and dreamlike vocals. Often hailed as one of the cornerstones of modern psychedelic and stoner rock, the band has carved out a cult following with their otherworldly sound and hypnotic live shows.
With influences ranging from Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin to Neil Young and Syd Barrett, Dead Meadow crafts songs that are both heavy and ethereal – perfect for fans of vintage tube amps, long hair, and even longer jams.
Whether you’re spacing out to their layered recordings or headbanging in the desert sun, Dead Meadow offers a unique trip through rock’s heaviest and trippiest corners.
