Emerging from Norwich, Commoner craft a heavy, doom-laden metal sound steeped in atmosphere and darkness. Their thematic focus on chaos, horror, mystery and philosophy complements their slow, weighty riffs and immersive dynamics. With an unsigned status and independent ethos, they appeal to fans of underground doom pushing beyond tropes.
