By:

British heavy metal legends Iron Maiden are extending their triumphant Run for Your Lives World Tour into 2026, adding a string of major European festival appearances that will see the band headline some of the continent’s biggest stages.

The tour, which began in 2025, has been praised for its powerful setlist, theatrical production, and the band’s undiminished stage energy. The newly announced festival shows include Copenhell in Denmark and Tons of Rock in Norway, with additional dates expected to be revealed in the coming weeks. (BraveWords)

Frontman Bruce Dickinson shared his excitement about returning to Europe’s festival arenas:

“We love the festival crowds — the raw energy, the camaraderie, and the feeling of standing before tens of thousands of fans singing every word. Europe has always been our second home.”

Formed in 1975, Iron Maiden continues to defy time with a legacy spanning over four decades. The 2025–26 tour features timeless classics such as “The Trooper,” “Fear of the Dark,” and “Hallowed Be Thy Name,” alongside newer material from their acclaimed 2021 album Senjutsu.

The extended Run for Your Lives tour marks yet another milestone in Iron Maiden’s storied career and is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious festival runs of 2026.

Ticket sales and further festival announcements are expected soon on the band’s official website
