We’re pleased to extend our cooperation with the sci-fi themed black metal band Imperialist, who are all set to unleash their latest full length titled “Prime”. You can listen to their new song now.
Band’s statement - "It’s with great excitement that we announce the next Imperialist offering in the form of a new album. Having renewed our partnership with the prestigious Transcending Obscurity label, we present to you “Prime”.
“Prime” Symbolizes a showcase of refinement to our fundamental sound taken from the earlier days of the band.
Recorded and Produced by Charles Elliott and Mixed/Mastered by the legendary Dan Swanö, the sonic results have reached, in what we consider, an astronomical level thanks to their involvement.
Artwork by the masterful Eliran Kantor, the cover art depicts the moon with several portals expelling an unknown, dark energy. Since our moon was once part of the Earth, it's a visual theory that the dark energy emanating from the moon may have originated from the earth itself. Truly an awe inspiring scene.
We have crafted, what we feel, is our most intense and fierce album to date. So please enjoy the experience and stories that “Prime” holds. We very much look forward to taking you through our universe once again!"
