It's a power symphonic song inspired by the manga “Saint Seiya” by Masami Kurumada. It tells the story of Phoenix 'Saint' Ikki (one of the five main characters) and his training at the volcanic island where he was sent to obtain the Phoenix armour. A tragic story of sacrifice and suffering that will also define his strong personality. The phoenix is also an allegory of the Resurrection of Christ.
