Italian modern metal 5RAND releases "Bloodlife". It belongs to their upcoming album "ORDHALIA" which will be out on November 28th 2025 via Art Gates Records.
Julia Elenoir wants to share an important message with everyone through this song:
"Dear friends, today I want to tell you about Bloodlife; It’s about anxiety and panic attacks. For years, I lived with them every single day, feeling tortured, praying just to breathe.
In the video, you’ll see a figure wearing a gas mask, constantly torturing me. That mask is the raw image of anxiety, how suffocating and merciless it can feel. Then psychotherapy saved me. It taught me how to fight back. And that’s why I spent over 10 years studying to become a Psychologist and then a therapist to help others who are still in that darkness.
This video tells the story of being trapped by panic and anxiety and finally finding the strength to rise above it.
And please, if you’re struggling, ask for help from trained professionals. People study for years and practice with experts for a reason.
You don’t have to face this alone."
