NORDICWINTER is a Canadian one-man project (and later full band) from Québec, founded in 2006. Its trademark is bleak, expansive atmospheric black metal — soundscapes of winter, despair and isolation. NORDICWINTER’s work is a sonic reflection of cold landscapes, inner turmoil and the grandeur of emptiness.
