BUCK-TICK is a seminal Japanese rock band formed in 1983, often cited as one of the foundational acts of the visual kei movement. Over decades, their style has evolved significantly—from punk and new wave beginnings, through gothic rock and industrial elements, to incorporate electronic inflections. Their willingness to evolve has sustained them for 40+ years.
