Alice Cooper, born Vincent Damon Furnier, is a legendary American rock artist known for pioneering the theatrical subgenre of shock rock. With a career spanning over five decades, Cooper blends horror-themed stage shows with gritty, guitar-driven hard rock. His signature style includes guillotines, fake blood, snakes, and dark humor – making his live performances unforgettable.
Starting in the late 1960s with the band Alice Cooper, and later continuing as a solo artist, he became an icon of both rock rebellion and stage spectacle. Hits like "School's Out", "Poison", and "No More Mr. Nice Guy" helped define a new era of hard rock with a dramatic twist.
Alice Cooper’s influence stretches across generations, inspiring acts from KISS to Marilyn Manson, and beyond.
